Why I exercise-
It is one of my favorite ways to start the day, or the best way to unwind from a long day. I exercise because it is a privilege to push my body and better myself daily.
Why I love to teach-
it allows me to share my love for fitness with others, push them to be their best, and provide a positive atmosphere as I guide them through a workout.
