Why I exercise
Movement has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I was always an active child and ever since I could walk I was on the go. From picking up a field hockey stick at 5 years old, to playing for Penn State University, to playing for the USA National Indoor Team, exercise and fitness is a major part of who I am. Exercise was something I "had" to do to compete at a high level. Exercise is now something that I choose to do for several reasons; That after feeling of knowing I completed something and am keeping my body strong and able. The feeling during where I feel discomfort allows for growth not just in my body but in my mind.

Why I love teach
Teaching came at a very transitional point in my life, and to be quite honest, I never thought I would be teaching at all. Even today, I still can't believe I am teaching, let alone in a space like PYP. I teach because I want to be for the clients what my coaches through hockey and instructors at PYP have been for me: inspiring and dependable. I teach not to tell what to do, but very simply, guide you to where you want to be. I teach because I want to inspire the students' in the studio and be depended on that I can deliver exactly what they need on any given day, through any moment in their life.

My commitment to you
You will enter this space knowing you are cared for... Knowing you can accomplish anything you set your mind to do... pushing yourself to grow and be the best you can be on, on the mat or on the bike, so you can transition with that same mindset out in the world. My commitment is that you will leave the space knowing you have no limits and you can go on living your truth.
