Why I exercise-
I love the way exercise makes me feel, It challenges me, and it makes other aspects of my life better, easier and more fluid. Its a great stress reliever and I absolutely love the feeling of getting stronger.
Why I love to teach-
I love helping others reach their goals. I take pride and joy in seeing people better themselves, recognizing their own potential and taking care of their health on and off the mat.
