Why I exercise
I exercise to elevate my mood and strengthen my body. Every day feels better when I set the intention to move and breathe, even when short on time. I love feeling comfortable in my own skin and focusing on the long term benefits of exercise, like injury prevention and sustaining mobility as I age.
Why I teach
The practice of yoga is my true passion. There is nothing that makes me feel more like my true self than passing on asana and philosophy through heartfelt classes to enrich the individual journey of each student.
