I pride myself on using effective cueing and visualization to help clients achieve the mind-body connection necessary to discovering core strength and mastering Pilates.  I guide clients to recognize their physical potential and encourage them to acquaint themselves with their body’s own strength. I invite all levels of fitness to join my classes. My approach to Pilates instruction mirrors that of my life: Warmth, strength, positivity, and a genuine passion for what one does will bring about results one can take pride in.[/md_text]
