Kate is an affable spirit with a passion for wellness, food, and the outdoors! She works at Penn State as a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist to help clients create their own healthy, balanced lifestyle. Kate fell in love with yoga when she was searching for an exercise class that would complement her usual running routine. She found that PYP Studio’s yoga classes challenged her body, mind, and spirit, providing everything she was looking for and more. As a recent Satya Yoga School graduate, she is eager to share her love for yoga with others through teaching classes at PYP!
