Why I exercise-
I exercise because it allows me to show up as my best self. It is a way for me to take time out of my day to focus on myself, goals, and aspirations. I believe in doing what makes you feel your personal best, aligns with your lifestyle, and what makes you show up as your best self. I also exercise because I love to try new things, challenge myself, and meet new people who share common interests.
Why I love to teach-
Growing up, I have always loved to exercise. My junior year of high school I decided to complete my yoga certification to get others around my age to fall in love with exercise and all of its benefits the way I did. To me, teaching is a form of self-expression. I love to create fun and unique playlists and choreography. It’s a way to bond with my friends and meet new individuals. Teaching has allowed me to connect, grow, and learn from people of all different ages, from all different areas. I especially love teaching because I can take what I know anywhere with me and feel grounded in what might feel like an unknown area.

I believe you get out what you put in. I will show up to class full heartedly ready to give you my absolute best. I will challenge you and encourage you to see what you are capable of.
