Michelle found Yoga 10 years ago during a time when the balance of Sthira (steadiness) and Sukha (ease) was much needed in her personal and professional life. Yoga taught her how to settle/sit, be still and listen to her inner voice. It was the only practice that could help calm the constant chatter of her mind. The physicality of yoga combined with the meditation gave her the confidence and patience to be up to something bigger in her life. In 2015, Michelle completed her 200RYT Yoga Teacher Training with Kelly Metcalf at Harmony House Yoga in Pismo Beach, California. In February, 2018, Michelle completed her Baptiste Level I Yoga Training in Sedona, Arizona. Michelle is Reiki Certified Level I and II. Her practice includes power yoga, meditation, restorative yoga and aromatherapy.   A lifetime learner of yoga, meditation and mindfulness, psychology, business, health, cooking and reading motivational books, makes her very happy. The love of nature, animals, and helping others fills her heart with joy. One of her favorite quotes by Rumi- “LIFE IS A BALANCE BETWEEN HOLDING ON AND LETTING GO.”  Her Journey into Power Yoga practice has brought this balance front and center and has changed her life for the better.
