Why I exercise
I learn about the adverse effects of stress and a sedentary lifestyle every day, so ultimately my goal is to avoid those effects for as long as possible, and I know I can do that by living a healthy, active lifestyle. In the moment, I exercise because it is fun for me and it makes me feel amazing before, during and after!

Why I love to teach
There is nothing better than finding something that gives you a purpose, and for me, teaching is one of my passions because it gives me a purpose. I absolutely love teaching because it gives me the opportunity to share my passion and hopefully spark a light in someone, or even just make their day better.

My commitment to you
In my class, you will not only work your muscles, you will work your mind. Barre, as with any other exercise, requires a lot of discipline and self-accountability. My commitment to you is that you will work, sweat and leave class feeling like a better version of yourself. If my commitment does not hold true for you, I will do everything in my power to make changes that will help you reach those goals.
