Developed by Joseph Pilates, the machine strengthens, lengthens, tones and activates your deep powerhouse core muscles. This class is an education in body mechanics and a way to streamline, stretch and add overall balance and tone to our generally over worked bodies.

***Prerequisite for first-time Reformer participants requires either one private reformer session or five Mat Pilates classes for entry into group training.
