Why I exercise
I exercise to add years to my life.I want to be around as long as possible and being healthy is an inside job. Being a breast cancer survivor I have learned that fitness is not just key to a healthy body, it is key to a healthy heart and mind. We all struggle at times in life and coming to the mat washes all of the chaos away and allows us to focus on ourselves!
Why I love to teach
Teaching is not something I do, it is something I live for. The most amazing part of being a yoga teacher is watching people evolve into a better version of themselves right before your eyes.

In my 26&2 Bikram style Hot Yoga class you will go through a 90 minute journey with yourself. Healing your body from the inside out by increasing circulation, improving digestion, and stress reduction.This class is not just a workout, it is a work-in! You will leave feeling completely reset and realigned.This class is a great compliment to so many others types of fitness because it is the deep stretch that so many of us need.
