Baptiste Power Yoga has 3 main elements; asana, the physical practice of yoga postures; meditation, the practice of focusing the mind; and inquiry, the practice of self-transformation. These 3 elements encourage students to step into their full potential by discovering their passions, creativity, and developing the confidence to step into new and big possibilities in their lives.

The structure of each class led by a certified Baptiste teacher incorporating Baptiste Methodology and the, “Journey into Power.” sequencing. It provides a method, organization, and theme for each sequence of poses that are taught in class. The alignment principles are presented in clear and concise way, enabling students to experience the power associated with physicality, movement and breath.


Take your yoga practice from the mat to the hammock in this amazing suspension experience. In this practice you will learn the proper way to get in to the hammock, all the necessary wraps, but most importantly you will have fun! Aerial yoga is a style of asana practice that blends yoga poses with aerial acrobatics. Sun salutations, warrior, bound angle, extended side angle, chair, downward dog, cat/cow, boat, pigeon, tree and savasana are some of the many yoga poses one can practice with the support of sturdy silk hammocks. Come experience the power of yoga flight!


This well-rounded class blends Yang and Yin, starting with 40 minutes of Power Vinyasa Yoga that will challenge the Yang with a powerful, strength-building dynamic flow. Class will finish with 15 minutes of Yin Yoga – deep, calm and quiet stretches in longer-held postures. Power, strength, flexibility and sweet release – all in this one-hour practice.


Bikyasa is the perfect combo if you love the Bikram series and Vinyasa! We use the powerful postures from the Original 26&2 and combine it with Vinyasa to build heat in the body. Heal your body, build strength and flexibility, reduce stress, and increase balance. Be ready to sweat to get deeper into postures as you find your flow!

PYP LSD (Long Slow Deep)

Make time in your busy day to learn the art of “slowing down”.  Inspire both mental and physical flexibility from the deep layers inside your mind and body.  Discover your ability to accept, to let go and most importantly to cultivate patience. This is a perfect class to balance your busy lifestyle.

Deep Core and Restore

Ignite your core, then restore! This combo class gives you 30 minutes of mat-based core work to strengthen your center, followed by 20 minutes of restorative yoga to lengthen, open, and stretch the entire body. It’s a balance of effort and ease, energy and release — a great way to rejuvenate your whole body and mind.


Set your body in to reboot with this yogic reset, combining creative Restorative and Yin Yoga practices.  Yin Yoga targets the joints and deeper connective tissues to increase mobility (especially in the hips and spine), release tension, and bring the mind and body into balance.  Poses are held for 2-5 minutes with very little muscular engagement, supported by props and gentle guidance. Restorative/Yin is the perfect complement to more muscular (yang) styles of yoga and physical training and offers a chance to slow down and release deeply into this quietly powerful, meditative yoga practice.
