This heated powerful yoga practice is a physically and mentally challenging meditation in motion, comprised of sun salutations, stimulating sequences and an integration of balance series and breath work. Through the encouragement of your Yoga Guide you will have the opportunity to surrender in to the you of today and find a balance between your physical and emotional edge.

Restorative YIN YOGA

Set your body in to reboot with this yogic reset, combining creative Restorative and Yin Yoga practices.  Yin Yoga targets the joints and deeper connective tissues to increase mobility (especially in the hips and spine), release tension, and bring the mind and body into balance.  Poses are held for 2-5 minutes with very little muscular engagement, supported by props and gentle guidance. Restorative/Yin is the perfect complement to more muscular (yang) styles of yoga and physical training and offers a chance to slow down and release deeply into this quietly powerful, meditative yoga practice.


Hot Pilates

Inferno Hot Pilates is a full body, low impact, high intensity workout using Pilates principles. This fun, intense, and effective class is performed on a yoga mat in a 95 degree room. The heat allows the body to warm up quicker so the results are created faster! We pump up the music and build group energy so you can challenge yourself and get stronger! Strengthen muscles and burn fat with mindful, controlled movement. Perfect for seasoned athletes or beginners! 


Strengthen your entire body in this PYP OG weight lifting group exercise class. This is a complete strength-based workout coupled with HIIT intervals, designed to increase strength, decrease fat and fully form your body in to your best-balanced shape. With options for both high and low impact intervals test your mind and your muscles in this challenging but worth it weight lifting experience.


Meet us at the PYP Barre for a booty bumping’, empowering and energetic small muscle group strengthening class. It fuses legendary fitness techniques from Pilates, Dance, Calisthenics and yoga.
