Teaching challenges me to grow, learn, and evolve, not only as an instructor but as a person. I love creating an environment where individuals feel supported, encouraged, and capable, and learning from each individual who walks in. Guiding others in movement is a daily reminder of why I do what I do!
Why I exercise…
Movement is so powerful, and it can shift my energy and mindset. Exercise is a daily practice that allows me to release stress, quiet distractions, and reconnect with myself. It grounds me when life is overwhelming. I move because it leaves me feeling strong, balanced, and whole.

My go-to workout…
Anything Pilates!!!! (and running is my guilty pleasure), but truly, I appreciate any form of movement that places me in the best space physically and mentally. Yoga and barre are up there for sure as well!!!
