Teaching is not a job for me, it is my passion. Having the ability to shape change both physically and mentally for the better for the PYP community, well, it’s a dream come true.

On any given day I will promise to drop an f-bomb, provide a giggle, a squat, a whoop whoop, an arm balance, an extra pedal stroke, perhaps a comment about fascia and its importance in our mechanics, a solid playlist , but most importantly, I commit to giving you a powerful physical experience that is getting absorbed by every fiber of your being.
