I LOVE to Inspire, lead and challenge each community guest to BE the best version of themselves. Teaching group experiences allows me to bring my passion for movement as well as the human mind and ignite possibility into each and every person present!

Yoga – JIP is such a meditative flow of connection and breath without the need to “Think”. Running is exactly the same. My week has to have balance so find me cycling, at the barre, on the Reformer, TRXing, Yin yoga, Power of 3, I need all of it!
