Why I exercise
I exercise to feel better! Not just physically, but mentally and emotionally, too. Movement helps me clear my head, boost my energy, and stay grounded, even on tough days. It’s my way of taking care of myself and showing up as my best self for others.

Why I love to teach
I teach because I find joy and fulfillment in helping people discover their strength and potential. I love being part of someone’s journey as they set goals, work hard, and achieve things they didn’t think were possible. There’s nothing better than seeing someone leave a session feeling more confident, energized, and just better overall.

A blend of yoga and strength training. I love the balance of mindfulness and challenge, focusing on connection, alignment, and power in my movements.
