Lori finds her yin-yang balance through a combination of cycling, yoga and TRX, and credits all three for helping her live well off the bike and the mat. Her flow yoga blends the compassion of Kripalu, steady power and a dash of therapy to create a practice intended to help people live better in their bodies and keep doing what they love. Lori is also a Yin Yoga teacher and a C-IAYT Yoga Therapist. When she’s not teaching or working with private clients, she’s a graphic designer, wife, mom, avid paddle boarder and kayaker.
