Why I exercise
Movement is essential to my overall well-being. I love how exercise can shift my mood, my energy and my perspective. There is nothing better than experiencing the emotional high of powerful movement!

Why I love to teach
I feel my most authentic self when I am teaching. Teaching is my passion and has always been my favorite way to connect with people. Whether I am teaching a dance class or a restorative yoga flow, the connection to community through movement inspires and energizes me!

My mission is to create a serene space where you will feel safe and secure exploring your practice. My teaching style is about adaptability and helping each individual adapt their practice to fit their personal needs.
