Movement is essential to my well-being. I love how exercise can shift my mood, boost my energy, and open my perspective. Equally, slowing down to nurture and restore is essential. There’s nothing better than the balance of powerful movement and restorative practices.
Why I love to teach
I love to help people move in harmony with their bodies. With over 30 years in dance and movement practices, I’ve learned that mindful, accessible movement can create confidence, ease, and connection. Leading vinyasa and restorative yoga practices allows me to share that feeling. I love helping others discover strength, softness, and a sense of harmony both on and off the mat.
