And although there are 21 instructors, co-owner Kerry Bestwick was voted the area’s “Best Yoga Instructor.” Bestwick says her favorite yoga is Power Vinyasa. “The way the body moves and flows through the moves means I can get in a physical stretch and strengthen my body. But also, the way you meditate in motion is what life asks you to do when you are moving from A to B to C.”
