Seperating two Modalities…

We came across an interesting article that we deemed worthy of a share.  At PYP we believe in a healthy balance of fitness across the board, a little cycle here, some total body work outs there, some sweet and strong yoga and then some restorative classes to equal out the proportions.

By no means do we judge the process of those that integrate weights in to their cycle routine as they are enjoying  their exercise journey and ultimately that is what is important, however, if you are looking to build strength and cardio visit separate classes.  Be willing to try TRX, Chisel, Power of 3 and XPLOGA in conjunction  with a strong PYP Cycle class, there is something for everyone out there!
