Welcome 2016 with Intention – Step into the 40-Day Program Of Personal Transformation and Growth. Say Yes to a 6-week Journey of Self Discovery and Embracing the Fullness of Your Life.

This year’s 40-day program will be a private community experience. Kerry will be Immersing her focus, energy and guidance to lead Yoga classes, both Power Vinyasa, Restorative based, Yoga Nidra Meditations, Mindfulness meditation sessions and Group life coaching sessions during the 6 week program exclusive to program participants.
The 40-Day Program is a commitment to you, a decision to create time for Physical Exercise, Conscious Nutrition Choices and Daily Mindful Based Meditation Practice. For long lasting health and wellness we look at turning our Focus Inside Out.
During the 40-day program the physical body will change, your energy and vitality for life will increase, the mind will open as you learn valuable tools to see through the daily fog, learning to surf through day-to-day situations and respond with awareness.
Through our Yoga sessions, meditations, journaling, self-inquiry and group sessions, we will shine the light on old patterns and habitual responses in our hardwiring. Gently unwrap the armor to reconnect to what lies beneath, and consciously illuminate our way forward as we step fully into our strength and powerful possibilities.
Our 40-Day Community is a safe, sacred space, a container of support, trust and encouragement for every participant. We honor each other’s contributions, learning from one other within our empowered group sessions.
- Week program – each week is themed as the program progressively builds and flows offering basic chakra overview and exploration
- 3 Weekly Group check in sessions including Yoga and meditation Practices (40 day group only)
- Daily Physical exercise Goals and recording of classes attended
- Daily Meditation and self-care
- Journaling, self-inquiry questions and excavation
- Healthy Conscious eating plans – choose from 3 levels of commitment based on your personal goals
- Learn Powerful Coaching tools to implement into your daily life
- Optional Physical Assessments including FTP cycling test, flexibility test and strength testing
- 5 free workshops, including nutrition overview with Heather Dubin, Meditation Workshop with guest teacher, Inversion Workshop with Janet Egerer and Back to Basics Yoga with Sona Hernandez and a Mindful Yin session with Lori Wieder
- All program registrants receive free unlimited access to all yoga classes on the PYP schedule during the 40-day period
- PYP 40 day Binder with weekly handouts, journaling and self- inquiry tasks and questions for your ongoing growth
- 40-day program wrap up gathering and community celebration

Weekly 40 Day Group Sessions
Saturdays 10-11.30am – (2 sessions will be 10-12pm)
- Group lectures, Yoga Nidra and guided meditations will be recorded for absent participants to ensure program participation is not interrupted
