What is TRX? Simply put, TOTAL BODY RESISTANCE EXERCISE, that is what it stands for and that is what it means. That odd contraption that you keep staring at through the circles in the corridor is suspension training. It is your body, a set of straps and gravity, along with a personal trainer guiding you through 50 minutes of exercise. We have gotten responses such as, “I didn’t even know that muscle existed,” to “I absolutely love TRX.” Trying out a new modality of exercise can be intimidating but all we are asking is for you to try!
